Why I Am So Wise

In 1879 severe health problems forced nietzsche to resign his professorship at the university of Basel and embark on a restless, wandering existence for the next ten years leading up to his complete breakdown. During this time, when he travelled around france, italy, germany and switzerland, he produced many of his greatest works, including why i am so wise, which is his own assessment of his life and achievements.
